PHYSIOTHERAPY AT HOME
PRICE LIST
I will come to visit you in your home, or usual place of residence, such a a care home or nursing home. After your initial assessment I will offer you advice to help you manage your condition, discuss treatment options, and design an exercise programme tailored to your individual needs and requirements.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT £90
Inclusive of a comprehensive assessment, advice, treatment plan and provision of an exercise programme where appropriate.
60 minutes
FOLLOW -UP APPOINTMENT £70
45 minutes
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
(All additional charges to be discussed between therapist and client)
Provision of equipment and walking aids
Extended meetings with family or other health professionals
Written reports, letters or referrals charged at £50 per hour.
I am based in Lindfield and will travel to you within a 5 mile radius. Any journeys further than 5 miles (or a 10 minute drive) may incur an additional charge which can be discussed prior to your appointment.
24 hours cancellation notice is required. Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50%. If the therapist arrives at the appointment without cancellation notice then the full cost will be charged.
I can accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
